How to Request Bulletin, Announcement, and Digital promotion

To help us communicate parish events clearly and fairly, all promotion requests follow the guidelines below. Because of limited space and multiple ministry needs, placement and timing cannot be guaranteed.

  • What can be promoted?

    Eligible items:

    ✅ parish events

    ✅ ministry events

    ✅school events

    ✅ approved diocesan notices


    Not eligible:

    ❌ personal businesses

    ❌ political advocacy (unless pastor-approved exceptions)

    ❌ recurring requests without updates

    ❌ duplicate submissions across multiple channels unless needed
